The McDonald’s Canada Future of Agriculture 4-H Scholarship aims to recognize and support the next generation of Canadian farmers. In partnership with McDonald’s Canada, 4-H Canada is proud to offer eight scholarships, valued at $5,000 each, for senior 4-H members across Canada that aim to advance important work in sustainability through their education in agriculture.
Through the generosity of John Deere Canada, 15 scholarships – valued at $1,000 each – are available to 4-H members across Canada who plan to pursue a post-secondary education at a Canadian college or university in a degree, certificate or trade-based program in September 2023.
Through the generosity of TD, 12 scholarships - valued at $2,500 each - are available to 4-H members who plan to pursue a post-secondary education at a Canadian college or university in agriculture, ag-science, or agri-business in September 2023.
The Canadian Co-operative Wool Growers 4-H Scholarship was created to support interest in and the advancement of the Canadian sheep and wool industry. The Canadian Co-operative Wool Growers and 4-H Canada are proud to sponsor two scholarships, valued at $1,000 each, for 4-H members who are planning to attend a Canadian university or college in September 2023.
L.E.A.D. honours the accomplishments of four special 4-H senior youth members and showcases the outstanding accomplishments of 4-H members across Canada in the area of leadership excellence. Through the generosity of CN, four scholarships – with an overall value of $20,000 each over four years – are available to 4-H members who have demonstrated personal values, leadership and community involvement within one of 4-H’s Leadership Development Pillars.
CABEF awards seven $2,500 scholarships annually to full-time students enrolling or
currently in an agricultural related program at a Canadian university, college or apprenticeship institution.
Are you a senior member, age 18-21, with an interest in collaborating at both the provincial and national level?
YAC provides leadership opportunities for members who have been involved in 4-H and want to continue
to play a role and contribute to the 4-H movement in Canada.
YAC members help drive policy and decision making by meeting with 4-H Canada on a regular basis;
making recommendations to 4-H Canada regarding programming, policy development,
marketing and communications; and representing 4-H Canada at events and conferences.
This is a two-year term with the possibility of renewal.
